Delivery Timeline: We deliver all over Tamil Nadu within 2-3 business days from the date of order confirmation.

Delivery Charges: Delivery charges are applicable and will be added to your order total. Standard delivery charge is ₹65 per order.

Delivery Areas: We currently deliver to all locations within Tamil Nadu, India.

Delivery Process:

• Orders are freshly baked to order
• You will receive order confirmation via WhatsApp/Email
• Delivery date will be communicated at the time of order confirmation
• We will contact you before delivery to confirm your availability

Note: Delivery times may vary during festivals, holidays, or high-demand periods. We will inform you of any delays in advance.

Refund Eligibility: Refunds are possible only on the same day of the order before the baking process begins.

Refund Process:

• Refund requests must be made on the same day the order was placed
• Refund requests must be submitted before baking begins (typically within 2-4 hours of order confirmation)
• Contact us via WhatsApp or phone to request a refund
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method

Non-Refundable Situations:

• Orders cancelled after baking has begun
• Orders cancelled after the same day of order placement
• Customized or personalized orders (once production has started)
• Orders that have been delivered

Important: Once the baking process begins, we cannot issue refunds as the ingredients have been prepared specifically for your order. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel your order.

Additional Charges: Add-ons and customization options are available and will be charged extra to the base price.
